We will work from 10am to 2 pm every day from Monday
to Saturday. You will have had breakfast before this,
with fresh croissants and baguettes from the local
boulangerie, confitures, cheese and cereals, juice, coffee
and tea. We will break at 11.30 a.m. for refreshmentsand
then resume again at 12 to work until 2 p.m., after which
you will have a buffet lunch of local saucissons, meats,
cheeses, salads and fruit - once again with delicious locally
baked bread - and of course, wine!. |

You will have one free day to be agreed by mutual consent.
This will allow you the opportunity to explore and be
inspiredby the beautiful scenery of the region.

There will be a rest period until 4 p.m., After this, you are welcome to continue working until 6 p.m. - with advice from me if you wish. There will of course be slight alterations to this
schedule on the days we are working en plein air and away from the village. |
